At Pristine Dental Group we can help restore damaged or decayed teeth with inlays and onlays.

Custom-made and designed exactly for you, inlays and onlays are sometimes used instead of a crown or in situations where a simple filling might not suffice. We can use inlays and onlays to repair a much larger surface area than with a simple filling, which makes them especially useful when treating teeth at the back of the mouth.

The main difference between inlays and onlays is that inlays fill in a cavity in the tooth, whereas onlays repair damage to the raised part of the tooth and are bonded to the cusp.

In all cases, inlays and onlays in North West London from Pristine Dental Group will be made and designed to fit in with the rest of your teeth and smile. Usually made from porcelain or composite, inlays and onlays can be colour and shade-matched to your natural teeth, ensuring a seamless finish.

Is one appointment really enough?

In most cases, we’re able to provide inlays and onlays in just one appointment, thanks to our advanced digital technology and in-house milling machine. This means that we’re able to treat the tooth or teeth in question and remove any decayed or damaged parts before taking a scan. With this scan, we’ll then make your personal inlay or onlay in-house and fit it for you on the same day.

I had a dental clean, while the hygienist was working on me I already knew I was going to come back for another clean. Hygienist recommended coming back after 6 months I will definitely will be back. The atmosphere is good, calm and clean. They accommodated me even though I was running a bit late. Nice interior and smells good too. They had a TV on the ceiling too 😅 which I thought was really helpful for distraction.
