Finance is subject to eligibility, acceptance and approval by the finance provider, Tabeo. The term available to you may be shorter depending on the finance provider’s assessment.

The total value of the treatment must be at least £1,000 to be considered for finance. Finance remains subject to eligibility and approval.

Yes. The finance application involves a credit assessment, and approval and the available finance term are determined by the finance provider.

We aim to make payment as straightforward as possible and accept a range of payment methods, including cash, bank transfer and card payments, including credit cards where applicable.

We may be able to offer direct payment plans, including direct debit arrangements, subject to eligibility and management approval.

For our complimentary consultations, a £15 refundable deposit is required to secure the appointment.

If you decide not to proceed with treatment, the £15 deposit is refundable. If you decide to proceed, the £15 will be put towards your treatment.

We operate a 24-hour cancellation policy.

We ask patients to provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, allowing us to offer the appointment to another patient.
