At Pristine Dental Group, our team of implant professionals can treat complex implant cases in North West London, with zygomatic implants.

In our many years of experience placing implants, our team has often treated patients who would benefit from dental implants, but who suffer from low bone density in the jaw. Ordinarily, this would either preclude them from having implants or require a bone graft.

What are zygomatic implants?

Zygomatic implants are a special type of implant designed to treat and replace teeth in the upper jaw where significant bone loss has occurred.

The implants themselves are of a longer design, so that they can be implanted into the cheekbone, also known as the zygoma, rather than the jawbone. They are placed in one appointment, reducing the need for multiple treatments and appointments as with bone grafts.

I had a dental clean, while the hygienist was working on me I already knew I was going to come back for another clean. Hygienist recommended coming back after 6 months I will definitely will be back. The atmosphere is good, calm and clean. They accommodated me even though I was running a bit late. Nice interior and smells good too. They had a TV on the ceiling too 😅 which I thought was really helpful for distraction.
