Implant-retained dentures perform a similar function to traditional removable dentures, but instead of being held in place by messy, unreliable dental adhesive, they are held in place by sturdy and secure dental implants.

Made up of titanium screws that are affixed to the jaw and work as the new ‘root’ for your prosthetic teeth, implant-retained dentures offer patients a life-changing, permanent solution to missing or very damaged teeth.

With implant-retained dentures, patients feel more comfortable and confident and are able to eat, chew, talk, and smile with ease again. They are easier to take care of than traditional dentures, and also provide benefits to your overall oral health and well-being.

Patient journey

Our team of dental implant professionals in North West London will make the journey to your new smile as easy as and seamless as possible.

1. Consultation

We’ll plan out your treatment journey in detail using our digital dentistry technology and 3D CBCT scanning.

2. Procedure day

We’ll fit your implants in-house, using local anaesthetic to ensure you don’t feel a thing. If you’re particularly nervous about the procedure, we’re also able to offer sedation treatment.

3. Final fit

We’ll take digital scans to ensure your implants have successfully fused with the surrounding jawbone and fit your final, personal prosthesis.

I had a dental clean, while the hygienist was working on me I already knew I was going to come back for another clean. Hygienist recommended coming back after 6 months I will definitely will be back. The atmosphere is good, calm and clean. They accommodated me even though I was running a bit late. Nice interior and smells good too. They had a TV on the ceiling too 😅 which I thought was really helpful for distraction.
